Default How to Get a Blog with Naked Pictures Removed

My question involves defamation in the state of: Florida

A blog with personal nude pictures of women has become popular in my community lately. It 'exposes' women and a majority of the pictures posted were obtained from hacking their computers and emails and a few were submitted by ex-boyfriends. I know that these women were hacked because the blog owner posted a couple of the pictures on the blog to a forum a few months ago, where he admitted to being a hacker and told persons to submit the email addresses of girls they wanted to see. He/she was banned from the forum and hence he/she made the blog. Is there anything that can be done about this? I tried reporting the blog but Blogspot allows for nudity and I couldn't find an applicable section that fit this kind of thing. I would suspect that pictures gained through illegal activity (hacking) should carry some penalty. I feel bad for these women (I went to school with a couple) because their names and very graphic photos and videos are posted and we all know by now that those things tend to stay almost indefinitely online. There were even a few females that were under 18 but have since been removed. The blog owner(s) have even contacted a few women asking for money in order to have their pictures removed. The problem is that I'm not sure if all the persons involved are in the U.S. but I'm fairly certain that at least one is in Florida because of the something that was said that indirectly hinted to their location. Of course, that could've been intentional to throw people off. I just wanted to know how I could go about having it removed so I could also point other concerned persons in the same direction. I figure if the friends and families of the women all do something, it would halt these low life individuals in their tracks.

Unless you are one of the woman or the person who took the picture, you have no rights to demand anything.
The photographer can pretty handily get them removed by filing a DMCA complaint with the hosting company.
The victimized woman can probably also appeal to the site management (not the blogger, but the company running the blog site).

I know I have no 'right to demand anything'. I am not doing that and that is not my question. My concern is that the content of the site is largely illegal (there were underage females posted, pictures were gained by hacking). Last time I checked, something like child pornography carries serious consequences. So even though I'm not one of the women or the photographer, I'm sure you can understand why it's disturbing. In the same way if I know someone has say, stolen something or murdered someone, I know to go to the police, (even if I'm not the person who got robbed or murdered) I just wanted to be pointed in the direction of where to go to effectively report this. The trouble here is that 90% of these women live outside the U.S. (so this is where I was unclear about how they'd go about reporting it) but one of blog owners is in the U.S. and the blog is being hosted on a U.S. site.

    (a) If you believe that there is a TOS violation by the author of the blog, report it to the hosting company.

    (b) If you believe that there is a crime being committed, report it to the authorities.

If you have no personal connection with the blog or photos such that you would be able to bring a civil action, your choices are (a) and (b).
