My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia or California
I am in the Army stationed in California.
Last month I was returning to Georgia to visit my children, my girlfriend and my divorce lawyer.
While texting the mother of my children about my visitation, she questioned my flight itinerary (which i did not inform her about).
I told her I would visit the children on Monday. She asked why not on Saturdaty when I arrived.
I did not answer her or tell her my plans for the weekend since I was attending a class in Georgia on Saturday and spending the rest of the time with my girlfriend.
Moments later, she texted me my entire flight itinerary. My girlfriend and I were the only ones who knew this other than the airlines.
I suspect it is the ex-husband of my girlfriend who hacked into her and/or my personal email accounts to provide my ex-wife with the information.
Is there anything that can be done to the ex-husband and/or my ex-wife?
If so, what is it? Who has to file and in which state?
We suspect he still hacks into the email accounts from time to time.
During the time of the incident, there were confidential emails in the accounts to our attorneys.
If he downloaded that information and used it, what can be done about that as well?
Thank you.
