My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Well just to start this off, I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section. Basically I plead no contest to a grand theft charge and received withheld adjudication (no conviction). I had paid restitution the very same night I was accused but the restitution was given to the local PD for "evidence" as opposed to handing it back to the victim, this was a year ago. I just got put on probation about a week ago and on this paper my probation officer handed me regarding court fees, cost of probation, and restitution, it says I still owe the money I paid to the victim (which is a company) I told my probation officer that this money was handed to the local PD a year ago but she has no record of it, as far as the probation office is concerned, I never paid a cent. My question is, would I have to go to the local PD to pick up some type of receipt as proof of my payment or what? I know they wont just hand me the money to give to my probation officer, at least I don't think so. So how would I prove I paid everything off if it isn't even in the Probation Office's system?
