Question Case for Emancipation in Kentucky

OK, I am 16 years old, and i was wondering if i would have a good case for emancipation. My mom doesnt have a job at all, (step-dad is always out of town for months at a time for work) and still makes me clean the house, and run her errands, many many times did i have to go to town for random stuff before i had my license, she really didnt care if i was stopped and had permit/license taken away, i do have my license now though and a truck that my grandma bought for me to have, which she is paying for, my grandma also pays for my mom's car (mom is 36-7 ish) moms car is also in my grandmas name, my cell phone is paid for by my grandma. (i kno sounds like i am spoiled but im not, mom just wont let me get a job b/c of school yet doesnt let me do my homework or study bc its a waste of time and she needs stuff done) 90% of the time i live with my grandma, and anything that i have, my grandma bought it for me. Mom screams that I dont appreaciate her, or anything she does (which is nothing!) I have thought about emancipation for a while, but not really seriously, until i recently talked to an aunt that told me i probably could become emancipated, would i have a good case?? (oh yeah, I am planning on getting a job as soon as i can, i am waiting on either becoming emancipated, or 18. and when i get a break in school, i am currently taking 3 H/AP classes and have 1 more for next semester, i really want to do good in school and go to college but i need money saved up and a job...which mom is making impossible.) please help!
    Thanks!

Kentucky doesn't have an emancipation statute.

I don't know of a way, but I'm not a Kentucky family lawyer. Perhaps you should consult one, or speak with a guidance counselor at school.
