Default Delay in Hearing for a TBWD

Got a traffic ticket in Los Angeles with the LA Superior Court. Got the ticket on 12/20/11, submitted my trail by written declaration on 1/18/12 via certified mail. Court recieved it and I have proof the the court got it. I pleaded Not Guilty. My understanding is that the officer has 30 days to respond to my written declaration. It has at this point been almost 3 months since the courts recieved my written declaration, and nothing? I cannot call beacuse I cannot speak to a live person. When I check online it gives me option and information that makes no sense to me. I really do not know what to do at this point? If I go down to the courthouse I will be waiting in lines for half the day.

The online info is as follows:
    Name: My Name
    Court: Metropolitan Courthouse
1945 South Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007
    (213) 742-1884
    Violation Date: 12/20/2011
    Initial Due Date: 02/15/2012
    Case Status: Extension
    Disposition: 01/17/2012
    Last Action: Extension
    Last Action/
New Appearance Date: 04/02/2012 in TBD

Also gives me the following choices which are also a puzzle?

Went to the courts today, lines not so bad due to rain. Officer never responded, cased closed.

Thanks for all your valuable insight!
