Red face International and Tribal Laws Concerning Child Custody

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Texas

Well, it's tricky. My babies father lives in Canada, while I reside in Texas. Our daughter was born here in Texas, and there isn't anything set into place for her as of this moment. Now, here's the tricky bit. What we are wishing to do is set it up that if I should pass away, she can go to her father, who lives in Canada. But he is also a tribal member of the Blood Clan/Blackfoot up there. I know that there are separate rules concerning tribal members, and treaty's in place. Which rules, or treaties would affect anything if I should pass away, I do not know.

This is where I need help. What process should I take, forms filled out, etc., in order to be sure my daughter can go back to her daddy. And any other suggestions as to visitation, and custody would also be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for your suggestions and advice

What's tricky about it? Get a standard custody order.
