    Question Backpay Installment Exception Denied

I requested a back pay installment exception from my local SSA office. Turned in a letter frome me explaining that the exception would be used for past due rent and utilitys, a letter from my landlord explaining her end and reasons money is needed also that will have to move if not recieved, past due rent reciept. i explained that without this exception i will be homeless at any time.they oue me 15,000 in back pay and i asked for a 9000 installment exception to get current on housing related bills. My landlord is also a friend and has supported me for 3+ years with the understanding that she would recieve this money when i got aproved for ssi due to slow work she needs this money now or she will loose the house i am living in and i wont have a place to go the local office told me they cant give a exception of that amount and i should move out i have read all the SSA POMS that address this and only find information that supports me recieving this exception https://secure.ssa.gov/apps10/poms.nsf/lnx/0502101020!opendocument#d10
What am I missing and what is my next step, person to contact,or other actioon to take. can I call someone other than my local office and if so who.
    Thank you

It is a little hard to believe that your landlord would kick you out now that you have the ability to pay some rent when she didn't kick you out when you did not have any ability to pay rent. You have to deal with your local office. You could contact a congressperson but they are the ones who created this stupid installment process for SSI in the first place.

It is not that she is going to kick me out it is that the property is going to be foreclosed on she needs me to pay her what I owe if she is to keep the house.
