I'm not personally interested in abstracts. You say they hired you despite your having a criminal record, and have not broken the law in relation to your criminal record, so I don't see any reason to assume that they will do so in the future. Also, as you indicate, you are presently the subject of disciplinary proceedings relating to your interactions with customers, and it is pretty much impossible for me to determine the extent to which that underlies your present problems - and yes, failing to act in an appropriate manner toward customers can result in demotion or termination of employment.
