    Default Sexual Registry

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: OHIO my question is when a person finshes there sexual registry with ohio and is done how is it if you move to another like INDIANA they say that person will have to register in there state when they have finshed with everything in ohio isnt that double jeopardy especially when the crime had nothing to do with INDIAN it was committed in OHIO and is there anything that person can do so they dont have to register in another state please any advice would be appreciated thanks

    Different states have different policies regarding the registry. If you move to a state with a longer timespan for registration, you must abide by it or risk an arrest for failure to register.
