Lease does not mention the length of the term (12 months, for example) and clearly states no verbal agreeements or any kind of agreement outside the written word of the lease itself.
It lists the start date as '9/1/2006' and the end date as '8/31/2006'. I have not moved in yet (next week was the plan). The lease states that it ends at 5pm on the end date. Looking at it this way, it ended last Thursday. Given the contradiction in terms, is this enforcable meaning could I just walk away if I wanted to?
