Hi,
I came in to US with following path from oldest to newest, and I was never out of the status.
2001 - Entered in US with B-2 (Visitor) I-94 #A
2002 - Change of Status to E-2 (Investor's dependent) I-94 #B
2002 - Went to Canada to get E-2 visa stamped, but denied. Entered back to US with B-2 Visa I-94 #A
2004 - Extend of Status of E-2 (Investor's dependent) I-94 #B
2005 - Change of Status to F-1 (Student) I-94 #B
2009 - Change of Status to H1B (Foreign Worker) I-94 #B
2010 - Extend of Status of H1B (Foreign Worker) I-94 #B
So currently, my last entry to US was with B-2 Visa with I-94 #4.
On I-130 form, question 14, It asks for
"If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:
He or she arrived as a: ___________
Arrival/Departure Record I-94: _____________
Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95:_______________
My guess is:
Visitor
I-94 #B
Expiration of H1B filed on 2010 (which hasn't been expired yet)
Any thoughts?
