Default Removal of Person from House Where My Children Live

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Massachusetts
My two children, ages 18yo and 20yo live with their mother. I pay child support and alimony to their mother. A female friend "Lauren" has been living in their house for 7 months and their mother has told this person to leave. Our children also do not want this person living there either. Lauren is an alcholic and has stated that she will commit suicide if she is made to leave. Lauren has allowed starngers to enter the house without announcement to my children. Also - one of Lauren's boyfriends, who has been in the house once, is now being charged with rape - accused by Lauren. My children say she is using this as a ploy to get money from him. Do I have any legal way to get this person out of the house? My name is not on the title of the house - my ex-wife name is on title. Can my children as adults, have Lauren removed from the house?

any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

As you were told elsewhere, you have no standing to do anything.

Your children can leave, if they wish - they are after all adults. Neither Lauren nor Mom owe your adult children any explanation or announcement if they invite people over.

Mom can also choose to evict Lauren per MA tenant law.

as i said in the other forum....as a non-custodial parent who pays child support, do I have any say or right in who lives with my children...even if they are adults? this is not about child support money. this is about safety for my children.

No, you don't have any say or rights as to who can or cannot reside in someone else's home.

If the kids don't like it - they're free to move.
