Default Defenses to Unsafe Passing, Unsafe Speed, Failure to Signal

My question involves traffic court in the State of: CA

I have been very unfairly ticketed by a female "officer" for the following:
    "unsafe pass on right 21755
    unsafe speed for conditions 22350
no signal within 100 feet (none at all)"
with approximate speed lyingly fiilled out as:
    "50 mph"
nothing under P.F./Max Spd., Veh. Lmt., or Radar No.
Safe is filled out as "35 mph".
Comments reads: "CWM" (whatever that means)

I would like to know how to attack and crush all of this unjustice in court.
I have read all of those CVC's quoted above; none apply to how I was driving.
Furthermore, this "officer" is ignorant about CVC: 21754, 22107, 22351, and 22352.
Also, I would appreciate if anyone can assist in finding this officer's home address.

Yes, we'll all rush out to find the officer's home address.

    Because you need that...why, Andy?

Yeah, rather than help you find the officer's home address, how about I forward your name and request to the agency? Your request is a very transparent implied threat of criminal retaliation towards the officer and is prosecutable. You might want to cool off a bit (and consider anger management counseling) before you continue to shoot your mouth off or, even worse, take some action. You could easily find yourself with much more serious problems than a traffic infraction citation.

Since you provide absolutely no detail about the circumstances of your citation (other than inflammatory accusations toward the issuing officer) I can offer no advice about how to "crush all of this injustice in court."

This needs to be repeated. However threatening to go after the officer for doing her job isn't going to win you much support.

Uh, yeah.... nobody is going to ASSIST you in finding the home address of a police officer. Take your lumps.
