Default Banned from Store for My Friend "Shoplifting"

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Kentucky

Okay so my 2 friends, 1 of my friend's boyfriend, and I went into Rite-Aid. All I was told is that we were going in to walk around. (We always randomly go into stores on half days) I saw my friend take gummy worms and put them in her bag and just turned around to look at the chocolate. Then later we got banned and told that if we came back they'd call the cops for trespassing because they caught my friend's boyfriend stealing Tequila but none of us knew he was going to steal it. Later on I found out that my other friend stole some chocolate from the store.

So my questions are: Was i actually involved in the stealing? Could they come back to arrest (well more like detain since we're under 18) my friends and possibly me if they got their stealing on camera? Would they count me as an accomplice even though I didn't really assist or steal? Finally, will it go on my record if no cops were called on the 3 of us? (my friend's boyfriend was taken to the back) Thank you.

unless you acted as a look out or somehow facilitated the theft, you are not involved.

    yes

Would they count me as an accomplice even though I didn't really assist or steal?
they might and depending on the exact circumstances, it might stick.

Finally, will it go on my record if no cops were called on the 3 of us? (my friend's boyfriend was taken to the back) Thank you.
it will not be on a police record

    and to the title:

yes, they can ban you for the reasons stated. In fact, they really don't need a reason to ban you as long as they don't ban you for an illegally means of discrimination.
