Default 3 Offenses on One Ticket

I got pulled over today and was ticketed once, but there are 3 separate violations. 1 unsafe lane change, another unsafe lane change and 1 fail to signal. Weird thing is I could have sworn I signaled for both lane changes, but its too late now. Also the trooper was about 80 yards back so I'm not sure how he accessed this. Just not my day...

Anyway my concern is this. Will I loose my license for having the three offences above? The last two tickets I got was, 1. for speeding 6/29/2008 and 2. failure to stop 9/20/2010, both of which I tried to fight as I think was driving within the law.

    Thanks in advance

    P.S. this is in Massachusetts

80 yards isn't anything. At highways speeds, a safe following distance would exceed that. There would be no trouble observing both unsafe lane changes and failure to signal. If you get three incidents in two years (which you would appear to now have four) then you'll be notified that you have 90 days to take driving school or have your license suspended until you do.

Taxachusetts !! But I got out of a parking ticket there recently ... 3 tickets just watching you drive a few miles? Sucks. And these tickets are almost impossible to win.

The only way you may win is to investigate and see if you can ask for an information to replace the ticket (assuming you have plead to the tickets yet) ... MA may allow this..most DAs would not waste their time with these violations...

Yes 80 yards is not too far back to see my car, but during morning traffic I estimate that there were about 8 to 10 cars between us. Also by the time the cruiser got to me he seemed unsure about pulling me over as he saw this though a lot of traffic from about 100 yards. I think I have a good chance of getting at least 1 to 2 of these dismissed. If I get a lawyer I could possibly do better.

He got past 8 to 10 cars between you and then he seems unsure, yet he opted to cite you for 3 separate violations?
