You didn't give any info. Do you have a lease agreement that hasn't expired? Is it month to month? A lease that has run out becomes month to month. If it is, even just a verbal agreement, she has to give you a 30 day WRITTEN notice. Then you gotta go in 30 days! If you have a lease with her that isn't up, you would have to have violated it before she can evict you...not just because she wants the place.
