My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Washington
My fiance and I got into a fight where the police were called and since then there has been a no contact order from the judge put in place. My fiance is currently in work release and my father would like to speak with him. Is it a violation of the no contact order if he calls my fathers phone which is located at the house that I live at as well? He will just speak to my father and not me but I was not sure if this could get him into more trouble as the phone is located where I live.
