My question involves an eviction in the state of: California. I have a tenant he has not paid rent and is destructing property and making threats towards me and the other tenants. He is subleasing from me on a month to month agreement. I have given him written and verbal notice to vacate but I don t think he is planning on leaving. What can he do if I change the locks after the 30 days are up and I give him his things back. I dont want him to stay in the house for another 30 day for the eviction process.
