My question involves a child custody case from the State of:Ohio

When my daughter was almost 3 years old, her father, who until that point had no interaction with her due to his choosing, took me to court for joint custody.
We ended up working out an agreement on our own and the judge had it filed. It stated he would have her on Wednesdays nights from 3-7pm and Saturday
at 4pm until Sunday at 4pm. In the 6 months this order has been in place, he has only had her once on wednesday nights, and less then 10 overnights.
This has all been of his choosing as well. And on the overnights he has had her, he will post on facebook "tags" statuses and pictures of him and friends
out at bars or parties and my daughter is left with his parents or younger sister for the whole time period. He usually would not even be there when I
dropped her off or picked her up.

Even if I could, I don't want to file contempt against him because I love that I get that extra time with my daughter. But my question is is how long
does this go on before I can do something and what can I do? Can his visitation get terminated?
