Pray tell, what was this job you and your girlfriend worked at where you stare at flashing lights, and why didn't the employer either summon an ambulance or process this as a worker's comp claim?
So this happened within three weeks of your being placed on probation for a different crime?
So the doctor at the hospital diagnosed her with acute drug withdrawal, and as she was not actively having seizures they told you to take her to a different hospital that was better equipped to deal with her detox?Quoting bigkevin123
The larceny charge would be for what?Quoting bigkevin123
What you fail to appreciate is that it is possible for both of you to be convicted of possessing the same drugs. You have already confessed, so if she confesses as well there's a strong possibility that it will do nothing to help you, but it may well end up with her also being charged.Quoting bigkevin123
You say "mood stabilizers", but we're talking about opiates, right?Quoting bigkevin123
You didn't suffer any injury, so obviously you have no case. Your girlfriend? She can consult a lawyer. Is it reasonable to expect that the hospital's version of events will be that they examined her, she was no longer having seizures, and that if she fell on the way out it was because she was either being dramatic or due to her state of intoxication? Apparently she did not suffer any injury in the fall, and neither of you saw any need for any additional medical care that day, so it's going to be tough trying to claim that her seizure the next day was somehow the fault of the hospital.Quoting bigkevin123
