Hi there! I've been struggling with this question given to me the other day. Can you provide any insights?
A helicopter manufactured by Company X in the United States was flying over Tokyo, Japan, when the rotor came off. The aircraft immediately plunged to the ground, crashing into a house. The pilot, a passenger, and two people inside the house were killed. The Japanese Aviation Administration examined the wreckage and determined that the rotor had been improperly attached to the helicopter at the time of its manufacture. Relatives of the deceased wish to bring suit. Should they do so in Japan or in the United States?
edit: not sure if i posted this in the correct forum/category. apologies if that's not the case!
