Default Can I Move Out at the Age of 17

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Wyoming

Im a 16 year old girl I want to move in with my fiance when I turn 17. Because my step parents do nothing all day but go to work come home about 2 or 3pm and go to there room and smoke (Weed.) Thats all they do every day and they will leave out of nowhere and not come back for 4 or 5 hours leaving me here to babysit there 3 children. Thats all I do is stay at home and babysit while they lock us out of there room ignore us and stay in there room and smoke. I dont want to be in this enviroment please tell me what I can do or if I could possibly move out.

If your parents give you permission to move out at 17, you may. If they will not give you permission to move out at 17, then you may not.

Until you are 18, and not one minute before, you live where your parents say you live.

If you don't like the way your parents raise you, call the police and report them. Your living situation will change. You probably won't like how it does, however, it will change.
