    Default Possession or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
    Well I got my first possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia in Texas. I'm 20 years old, what kind of charge is this. How worry should I be, do I need a lawyer, is there any way I can get this removed from my record, I'm in college right now will this affect it?

    Are we talking about Section 481.125 of the Texas Health & Safety Code?

    Consult a local lawyer about diversion or deferral; if you can resolve the case as a deferred Class C misdemeanor and successfully complete the deferral you will be eligible to expunge the charge.
