Default How to Apply for a SB-1 Visa

I was a LPR and in the US for 22 years but have overstayed in Canada due to family related matters and lost my status.

I am thinking about filling out an SB-1 visa application but they only do immigrant visa interviews in Montreal, I'm in BC.

Is it worth it to try to go before an immigration judge in California or Washington state instead?

You mean, if you choose not to apply for the visa? You would what... try to travel into the U.S. as a tourist for the court hearing?

What do you imagine the judge would do?
