Default Chemicals on Right of Way Even when Posted 'Do Not Spray'

My question involves an easement in the state of: Tennessee the company that clears right of ways for the electrical coop here has had my land as do not spray for 5 years now. despite this last Monday they sprayed herbicide. I have a wife that suffers from multiple chemical sensitivities and an organic farm. the herbicide was als dripped in the private road that goes ot our gardens and they sprayed in a manner that drifted on to some planting areas. do I have a legal standing for action.

Exactly what does "has had my land as do not spray for 5 years" mean?

Your wife's actual injury from the spraying is what? Your evidence that spraying drifted onto your organic farm is what, and your economic damages from that impact are what?

When you called this company or the utility to complain, they told you what?

The herbicide they used was what?
