Question Can a Licensed Physician Import a Dermal Filler for One of His Patients

I would like to ask a question, I will appreciate that who has an in-depth answer about the topic could guide me.
The facts are that I am an Italian aesthetic physician that perform an aesthetic procedure consisting in injecting a product named PMMA for augmenting certain areas of the body and wish to find a colleague in the US to send him a limited quantity of the product I use on my patients because one of his patients in USA is asking him the same procedure.
Based on what I know, there is no any FDA approved product in the US for this purpose but I understand that under a special permit that a licensed doctor in USA can apply for, FDA allows the imports of restricted quantities provided that doctor does a strict follow up on the patient and inform FDA about his/her evolution.
A similar situation occurred when in the age of silicone breast implants banning, doctors was still able to use silicone breast implants on their patients provided they agreed to have this procedure done.
So the question is, is there any possibility for a licensed physician in the States to perform the procedure using a special custom ordered PMMA from a country where it is legal?
