Thanks so much for your help. I knew I was remembering most of the information correctly but had the width wrong. Thanks also for the tip regarding "creeping" since that is exactly what he has been trying to do. We have had our property surveyed in the last 10 years so we do know where our property line is and I guess it is time to put up a fence so no more creeping can take place. Too bad people can't just be good neighbors and get along with each other.
