    Default Procuring to Minors

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Nebraska
Okay so I am under the age of 18. My parents went out of town and I threw a party. It got busted and now I'm going to be charged with procuring alcohol to minors. I understand if I do get charged with that but there was a 21 year old at the party and the cops know he was there. Can I be charged with that even though I'm under 18 and why wouldn't they have charged the guy that was 21?

    Yes, you can.

And there could be many reasons why the 21 year old wasn't charged. It really doesn't affect your case. You'll need an attorney.
