Hello,
I have been here in the states for 4 years on a F1 visa. I have been dating a US citizen for 2 1/2 years and want to stay here and marry her. Is that possible if I have an outstanding commitment to my country's military?
Thank you.

Your nation's laws are not U.S. laws, although if your failure to appear for service will result in a criminal charge I cannot promise you what the result would be on your effort at U.S. immigration.
My boyfriend is in a similar situation. He wishes to do the same thing. Does anyone know if this can be possible? What are some of the things that must be accomplished for two service members of different countries to wed?
Since you are in the US military, you should go and speak with the Jag officer to determine the impact on your career. The USCIS dedicated military staff can assist you with immigration issues.
