    If they refuse, request the police come and take a report, as you feel they are attempting to steal your property.

    If the rent has increased since you signed the initial leases, then the rent has increased. We're not in a position to figure that stuff out for you. I suggest addressing the issue of any overpayment after you have paid off what you owe and recovered your property, so as to avoid creating a new conflict that might cause them to continue to deny you access.

    thank you very much if i need anymore advice ill ask you. in the mean time im waiting for an county mediator for the court to call me back to see what or if they even wanna try to deal with this outside of court.
