    Default Keeping Things Peaceful

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: MIssouri

Is there any way to obtain sole legal and physical custody of my son without going through court. I was thinking of drawing up a document that both parties agreed upon and having it notirized with a lawyer present; Not sure if it would be legally binding without a judge.

Aside from shooting his father, no.

Nope. Notarizing means nothing. Custody is only valid and enforceable through a court order.
