My question involves criminal law for the state of: CT

My girlfriend has quite a few charges pending over a couple different arrests. They have rolled all the charges into one docket I geuss. Some of the charges are Posesion of narcotics posesion of parifinalia, larsony i think. She is 19 after she was arested and sent to county jail and came back for her next court date I was there and planned to bond her out. Before I could do so the judge released her on house arrest into her grandparents custody. She remained on house arrest for about a month and at the court date got off that and was given a curfew and drug classes with random urine tests. Her grandparents were to report to the bail commisioner if she didnt obey the curfew or their house rules and they would redocket the case. She was late for curfew a few times and failed a urine test. When they brought her back into court she was sent back to jail. I managed to bond her out at great expense. Unbeknownced to me once I got her out a condition of the bond put in place by the judge says that she must go back on house arrest at her grandparents, it is my understanding that the judge did this because he thought she had nowhere else to stay and the grandparents didn't want her there unless she had the ankle braclet. At this point she does not want to be at her grandparents she wants to live with me. And her grandparents do not want her there. But she had to go because if she didnt they would revoke the bond. Her next court date is in about a week. She wants to tell the judge that she dosnt want to be at her grandparents and ask if she must stay on house arrest can it be moved to my apartment. Her grandparents are suposovly going to say that they dont want her at their house anymore. Will the judge allow her to live with me? I do have felonies on my record from 5 years ago and her grandparents are going to say I am a drug addict and dealer of which they have no proof. I am on a methadone program and am clean. It is me and my girlfriends plan to stay clean together. I plan to go to the court date and speak on our behalf. Any advice ? What do u think will happen?

Thank You so much
