    Default Dispute Between Partners

    My question involves business law in the state of: New York The business is a 50/50 stock ownership and is a corporation. We have some unresolveable disputes...Does the president have any more power than the vice-president?

    No, there is nothing like that. The only thing I can see is that if both parties can't agree it must go to arbitration.
