My question involves an easement in the state of: Ohio
A easement was created in 1959 between neighbors, it was recorded on one address & not the other on the title search.
Exact wording: It is the intention of the grantors and grantees to create an easement for ingress and egress and driveway purposes only on the above described property.
My question---I would like to get this easement terminated.
The neighbor recently purchased property on the opposite side of her residence which has a full driveway and a two car garage. She has full access to her home.
Their is no longer a reason for this easement to exist. I wish to regain full use & enjoyment of the driveway that I have owned & maintained for the past 18 years.
