My question involves paternity law for the State of: Michigan & Georgia
My husband was named in a paternity suit in the state of Michigan in 1995. He complied with the DNA request and submitted blood. The mother was a no-show for 3 blood draws. He received an Order of Dismissal from the Court because the mother was a no-show for the blood draws.
The child is now 20 years old and moved to Georgia at the age of 4. Can the mother go back and try to sue for back child support?
Thank you in advance for any information.
