Default California Speeding Ticket 101mph (VC 22348 B)

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California.
Hello. After reading and surfing around the forum for over 5 hours for the matter of speeding ticket I just got, I decided to post up a thread on what I should do upon this issue. First of all, I would like to begin with saying that I admit that I am guilty and was speeding. However, I am wondering if there is anyway to do anything about the
100 MPH and 101 MPH mark. The officer said that I was going at 101 MPH and he confirmed it by saying that he used the radar and pacing.
So I'm wondering is there anyway to get myself down to the 100MPH mark before accepting the fines? I've read a lot of posts but I'm not exactly sure of the procedures.
Also I have the mandatory appearance at the court. Thank you for the help, any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

If you've spent over 5 hours reading then you likely came across at least one or two threads where the same question came up and the answer given went along the lines of "there is no procedure by which you can simply reduce the speed you were charged with" but you can plead not guilty and try a theoretical margin of error argument to attempt to raise sufficient reasonable doubt.

It doesn't seem to have a high success rate but if its the only way, its the only way!

That too is pretty typical of a 22348(b) citation!

Thank you for your time and reply.

If I want to go about this, would I be submitting trial by written declaration after doing discovery on the calibration for the radar, since there is a chance that the officer may not submit his paper work?
