    Default Consequences of Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

I'm doing a project in school and it involves a fourteen year old boy that committed several crimes against companies. He scammed companies of their products by reporting them defective and getting replacements. Which I know is Fraud. What my question is what would be the consequences. It's a big project and I can't find an answer to this question.

Google for "Ohio Revised Code" to see the state statutes (laws). Once there, look under Title 29 (crimes). You'll have to determine WHICH particular crimes fit your scenario. Once you know that, check under Chapter 2152 which will lay out potential sentences to juveniles who commit crimes.

    Check your state statutes.
