If you and your spouse can satisfy the jurisdictional requirements for divorce in Indiana, you can divorce in Indiana. Keep in mind that your status is derivative of your spouse's H1B visa, and one consequence of divorce will be that you are no longer eligible for H4 status. You don't get money from the state for leaving your spouse, even if you're a citizen.

You are free to discuss with an immigration lawyer whether or not you have any valid basis to obtain a visa allowing continued U.S. residence, but from what you have told us so far I expect not.

If you need help paying for your plane ticket home, contact an Indian consulate or embassy about their assistance programs. The U.S. won't buy your ticket, save possibly in the context of deportation.
