Ok so i was at work had yet to clock on i arrived about 40 minutes early... i found a wallet sitting on a ledge....however i did not turn it in...(morally wrong i know) i took it t the back and continued on with my day....I had money from my purse stolen so i contacted the police....i didnt drop my wallet i didnt loose it someone straight took it...so anyways the police went to my place of employment and watch the videos, all they saw was me find a wallet with the owner gone off the property and take it to the back so they come talk to me about my stolen item and when they get all said n done taking this information from me they tell me "ok now let me tell you the real reason im here" talking about the wallet i "stole" i didnt steal it i didnt reach in to this ladys bag and grab it out i found it was it wrong not to turn it is yes it was but resulting from that i got arrested and placed in jail for 2 days was released due to over crowding as well as loosing my job. now my question is Is finding a wallet and not turning it in theft 2?
