I have two inventions that are not currently on the market. One of the inventions is complete and the other is half complete. I have proof of concept on both and will be working with a nonprofit organization. So at this point there is an extensive archive of material related to the invention and an email trail. The only reason I haven't patented it yet is because I don't have any money. If someone were to deviantly register a patent for what I've created would I have a problem defending my invention?
