About the only thing I could recommend if you cannot afford an attorney is to research the point whether you can file some type of an action--in my State it would be a petition for writ of mandamus and declaratory judgment-- challenging the parole authority's action in tacking on additional parole (I am assuming that they would not be authorized to enlarge your parole term). These type of actions are often filed pro se. It makes sense to me that the board could not by custom or practice without statutory or legal authority effectively modify a court order.
