    Default Making a Mistake While Under Oath

    I would like to ask a question. Is it an offence when a mistake is made while under oath.the mistake is to be corrected.

    You will have to share the context and your state.

    Assuming this is a civil case... If, in good faith, you testify to something and later realize or discover that you were in error, you would normally want to convey that information to your lawyer such that the correct information could be communicated to the other party.
