Default In Removal Proceedings, I-130 Petition Denied Due to Missed Interview

My wife filed a I-130 petition for me and it was denied because we missed the interview appointment. The notice letter was mailed to my former lawyer in New York City instead of my home address in Pensylvannia. The interview was scheduled for 07-19-2010 but i didn't learn about this until 3 months later from the Immigration Judge. My next court appearance is 06.19.2012. Prior to this i had been put in removal proceedings for overstay pending the outcome of my I-30 petition. Are there any chances of re-opening this motion or getting deported after my next court appearance?
