My Ex Moved Out, What Happens Now

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of:
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin.

Ok so basically what has happened is we are both on the lease. We have only been in this place for 3 months with a 1 year lease. Our previous place we were in was for 1 and a half years. She has not paid any rent or utility's at all at either place. I have asked twice since we have been together but I cared for her and just wanted her to pay off her credit card debt and make her car payments.

She has decided to not want to be with me anymore and wants to move back with her parents and see other people. I have only asked that she leaves me 4 things which she did pay for. She does not want to even budge on that deal.

So I am wondering what are my chances in small claims court if it comes to that. I would like to go for half of the future rent money and that would pretty much be it.

If your roommate, who was committed to paying half of the rent, moves out and you want to collect her share of the rent, you need to first find out if you are able to seek a replacement roommate under the terms of your lease and, if you are, make a reasonable effort to bring in a replacement roommate at a reasonable rate of rent. If you cannot replace a roommate, cannot find a roommate despite a good faith, diligent, reasonable effort, or following such an effort your new roommate is paying less than half the rent due to the fact that no reasonable roommate could be found who was willing to pay the full half, you can seek your ex's share of the rent for the period before the new roommate moves in and the difference in rent following that point if the new roommate is paying less than half.
