Default When Do Businesses Have to Enroll in E-Verify

As an employer in Missouri, if the company is required to enroll in e-verify due to one transaction with government over 5 grand, do our subsidiaries have to enroll in it as well? Does our parent have to enroll in it? Anyone dealt with a government agency requiring an affidavit?

We don't know anything about your business or its subsidiaries. You need to speak with your business lawyer.
