I recieved a ticket in Maryland last thanksgiving (2010) and paid it online 2 days later.... The site I paid my thanksgiving ticket was a fraudlent site.
So you reported this to the police, yes? How did you find the fraudulent site? What was the result of the police investigation of the fraudulent site?

Upon re paying for the ticket I found out that my license will be susupended for a year bc i was pulled over in july (2011) for speed, thus me driving on a suspended license.
You mean you were suspended for a year because you were caught driving on a license that was already suspended, or you were suspended for a year for being a repeat traffic offender?

I never recieved any mail letting me know that I owned money or that my license was going to be suspended.
I'm not sure what you expected to receive or when; if they had your valid address and were legally obligated to send you whatever notice you are attempting to describe, be sure to discuss that with your lawyer. You make it sound, though, as if you moved to Maryland, failed to follow Maryland law requiring that you transfer your license to that state, and that you failed to inform Texas of your move such that they didn't have a valid address for you.

My attorney advised me to contact a TX lawyer and see what they say. He told me to ask my attorney to look into the equivalent of a restricted license in MD.
You have legal issues in Texas and Maryland, and picked a lawyer who doesn't practice in either state?

How do i obtain a MD ID for a TX suspension?
Once you have clarified the facts, somebody may be able to assist; but when you dig yourself into a hole sometimes there's not much that others can do to get you out.
