My question involves juvenile law in the State of: South Carolina
My daughter is dealing with a bully issue at school. The girl told her cause she knows she'll come to me with the issues that snitches get stitches so see to me that is communicating a threat you are basically saying to my child if you tell I'm going to hurt you. Someone told me that it wasn't a threat that she was "advising" my child! So I want to know the real deal not some bull. Cause I'm really rather livid over this situation and I refuse to allow my child to go back to school till this issue is resolved and the school isn't wanting to act like they want to do anything about it and I'm looking at way's I can go at this legally cause I will not allow my child to become someone's doormat or another suicidal statistic! Thank you for your time!
