Default How to Answer I-130 Questions About Immigration Proceedings

    Hello,

I'm a green card holder and I'm applying for I-130. My wife was in immigration proceedings and she was granted "Voluntary Departure Under Safeguards" about a year ago. So I will answer "Yes" to the question about immigration proceedings. However, it says where and when. The court was in Arlington, and she departed on 31st of December 2010. Are these valid answers for these questions?

Please let me know if you know what they mean by "When" and "Where" questions.

    Thank you!

"When" would be when she was ordered to appear before the immigration judge about the proceedings. "Where" would be the place she was ordered to appear.
