Default Divorce from a Non-U.S. Citizen

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Texas
I want to get a divorce from a man I married over 5 years ago, we have 2 children together, and one that is not his. He has threatened to take all 3 of them to the U.K. If I go on night shift at my job, because he says it will disrupt the family. I need to know what I can do about this. He is a non-u.s citizen, that came to the states on a 6 month work visa 6 years ago this month. We were married in Texas. I am american and so are all 3 of my girls. What do I do? who do I contact?

    Thank you
