    Default Color of Law, Bribery and False Police Reports

    My question involves civil rights in the State of: Florida

    During this time period and present I am currently the Lead Plaintiff in a Federal Fair Standards Case against a local and major company for FSLA violations. This comes into play after you read the events below;

    a) Jan 2010 I was arrested on 3 charges "all no filed thank god" by my local police department and spent 7 days in Jail waiting for ROR or something. These charges scored prison if convicted and haunt me to this day. This stemmed from a verbal argument the day after the with my live in Girlfriend.

    b)The owner and co-workers contacted her the next day after learning of this event and offered her a job and money to go into the police station over exaggerate the events of the previous night. During the conversations they asked her to come in and sign documents against me in my Federal case pending.

    c)The owner advised her that he will have a friend call her and tell her what she needs to do, this friend was a Police Officer which later during an investigation was not only a good friend of the guy in suing but works for him off-duty for a number of years. He contacted her from his department provided Cell phone and I have cell phone copies.

    During my arrest and release I did not find out my Girlfriend was contacted until six months after my arrest, I thought I pissed her off and we were working on our issues. When she told me I opened an Internal Investigation and they didnt care to listen until I showed them Cell Phone records of the Officer calling her the next day for 9 minutes on the phone being directed to go in and fill out paper work to have me arrested. She even claims under sworn testimony the arresting officer helped her fill out the arrest affidavits.

    After the Departments internal investigation all the parties do not deny calling, having the officer call her, offering her employment if she follows through on "getting rid of me" and signing paper work against me. She recants all the events and mentions the company had information that would destroy our family.
    It seems they knew of heavy drug usage and her cheating on me with other men, something I later found out and were not together.

    As of now the State of Florida is pursuing one count of False Police reports against her. The Officer was cited for not updating his outside employment with the company and reprimanded not for anything else. Since then I have run into the Officer and am scared of sneezing afraid of further harm.

    I feel this officer and the company worked to bribe my X to have my life destroyed to get back at me for suing him.

    My life is forever changed, I was arrested for Animal Cruelty, Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery. This can not be removed and have caused me to lose work and mental stress beyond believe. I cant even adopt a pet and people look my name up and see the charges. Im labeled up there with sexual pedophiles it seems.

    Any Advise?

    Your feelings and a couple of bucks will get you a cup of coffee. What evidence do you have?

    If you in fact have sworn statements in which everybody confesses to conspiring against you, that should work in your favor. You should review them with your lawyer.

    That should tell you a great deal about the viability and strength of your alleged case. Might be time to pick up and move on.

    I should have said find one that handles this type of case... They are all over over states..

    Malicious Prosecution, Witness Tampering Civil rights stuff.... Not that I found one and he said I didnt have a case... The FBI is filing it and found cause to forward the file to the State.......

    I am confused, you said charged with three crimes but none filled? If none were filled then how were you arrested or detained. You said showed them phone calls where they said.... but how can a phone call record show anything they said or did not say? I advise you to either seek legitimate legal advice outside your county or to discontinue any further action. Under law any action they take as a result of filing suit will, I guarantee, land them in serious trouble if not legal trouble. It's hard for us to swallow that police get away with crimes using their abuse of power, but we don't always win. What you have to do is decide if you will or will not be a victim or if you will make it harder on yourself than you need to.

    Since it's a state-level matter, yes, they would.
